David Byrne worked with Ghost Train Orchestra on Who Is the Sky?, David’s first new album since 2018’s acclaimed and award-winning American Utopia. The album was produced by producer Kid Harpoon, while its 12 songs were recorded, performed, and arranged by Ghost Train Orchestra and includes special guests Tom Skinner, St. Vincent, and Hayley Williams.
